Marcello is our manager and coach. He is a certified NASM personal trainer and graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor's in applied physiology and kinesiology. He developed a passion for athletics, human movement, and nutrition at a young age as he was once an overweight child and teen. Now fitness and nutrition are a passion for him! He believes that every client has their own specific needs whether they are training for a marathon or simply looking to feel better. He has trained clients from every background from chronic musculoskeletal injuries to competitive martial artists and families looking to improve their overall health together. His greatest reward is being by your side to share your little (and BIG!) victories and achievements.

Angelica our Regional Manager is a former Pro BMX racer, military veteran, and Saint Leo University Alumna. She enjoys hanging out with family and friends on her off days. She also does personal boxing lessons with her son once a week with Fitness Specialist Phil! Angelica and her son enjoy doing boxing every week as it is a way for them to bond and grow stronger together. Angelica began her fitness journey at 7 and that is when she started racing BMX. Her step father got her into the sport and part of her weekly schedule included gym sessions and time on the track. She enjoys hearing about others success stories and is here to help anyone along their fitness journey!

Coach Andrew is a certified ISSA nutrition coach & personal trainer. He can create a strength training & nutritional plan that works with your lifestyle. His coaching style is calculated, effective, and fun! He specializes in functional training ( so everyday life becomes easier and more enjoyable) and believes that improving the quality of life, functionality, and mobility for his clients and members is the best part of his job. He served in the Marine Corps from 2012 - 2016 & stays active through weight training & living an active lifestyle with his family.
