I am originally from Baton Rouge where I worked in women’s healthcare for 12 years. I am passionate about educating others about the benefits of proper nutrition and exercise. I believe in the healing power of food combined with exercise to aid in treating many diseases and ailments. So, if you’re having a bad day, I’ll go out of my way to make you see how awesome you are! What’s your favorite way to stay active and healthy? I enjoy being outside working in the yard and working out with friends What’s the best part of your job? The people, everyone here is so fun to be around What’s something we should know about you? My face might look serious (angry) but I’m just thinking. Did you know… After having breast cancer, I have spent the last 4 years learning about a holistic lifestyle, to be healthier and to understand how some diseases can be prevented or reversed.

I teach Pre-K during the day and love teaching group sessions in the afternoon. Teaching is my heart.

I love lifting weights and playing outside with my kids What’s the best part of your job? The best part of my job is helping people realize what they are truly capable of. I love when my clients try something new and crush it! It’s a great feeling for both of us! What’s something we should know about you? I’ve been a personal trainer for over 10 years and I have loved every second of it!

I don’t have a favorite – staying active and healthy is part of who I am … I enjoy everything from outdoor walks and jogs, lifting weights, triathlons and jumping in a kicka4$S HIIT session! I love to cook and eat! I have declared that I will age and live my life with vitality! YOLO What’s the best part of your job? Pouring energy and love into our members and celebrating their wins along the way! What’s something we should know about you? I am a letter writer and have great appreciation for those that take the time to handwrite letters and notes.
